First Session

We review confidentiality, talk about what brings you in, and build a plan. You decide how much you want to discuss. There’s no expectation to share everything at once.

Direct billing is available for some insurance plans. Please ask for preauthorization before your session.

Moving Forward

In sessions, we talk through what’s happening and use simple tools—like breathing or grounding—to help you manage symptoms, build skills, and make meaningful progress.

Trauma effects both our body and mind. Together we work to build a feeling of safety that allows you to work through the thoughts and emotions.

These skills aren’t just for healing trauma. They also help people navigate anxiety, overwhelm, stress, and other difficult experiences by building resilience.
