Life can be confusing, many young people come to therapy because they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate the expectations around them. I help teens and young adults with:
anxiety and stress
identity and self‑esteem
school or work pressure
relationship and family dynamics
boundaries and communication
big emotions and transitions
What sessions are like:
Sessions are calm, conversational, and collaborative. You don’t need to know what to say — we figure it out together. You set the pace, and I support you with tools that fit your life, not generic advice.
We can meet in the office, can go for a walk and talk, or sometimes meet in your home. During sessions we can do activities like colouring, painting or other activities.
