Support for Teens & Young Adults

Hello!

Life can be confusing, many young people come to therapy because they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate the expectations around them. I help teens and young adults with:

  • anxiety and stress

  • identity and self‑esteem

  • school or work pressure

  • relationship and family dynamics

  • boundaries and communication

  • big emotions and transitions

What sessions are like:

Sessions are calm, conversational, and collaborative. You don’t need to know what to say — we figure it out together. You set the pace, and I support you with tools that fit your life, not generic advice.

We can meet in the office, can go for a walk and talk, or sometimes meet in your home. During sessions we can do activities like colouring, painting or other activities.

We believe you are the expert in your life. It is not our job to tell you what to do, but help you see what you want to change and how to get there.

One of our most important values is confidentiality. There are times we will need to break confidentiality, but we try our best to work with you. More details here
