Are you an older adult and wanting to maintain your independence, but this has led to family disagreements? Is your family not respecting your ability to make decisions that they disagree with?

I bring significant experience supporting grown children and parents, through family discussions. Together we can assess risks, access natural strengths and help navigate some of the hard conversations. These can be done in-person or a mix of virtual for family not close by.

  • Nervous System Reset

Are you feeling overwhelmed or that you can’t relax. It could be that your nervous system and brain are working to try and keep you safe but it is no longer helping. This can lead to symptoms such as trouble sleeping, being irritable, struggling to focus and many other things. We can work together to look at the cause, explore grounding tools, somatic awareness, and practical strategies to help you feel more settled and connected. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, grief, or chronic overwhelm, I can help you get back to where you want to be.
