  • Nervous System Reset

Nervous system regulation is at the heart of trauma‑informed care. In these sessions, we explore grounding tools, somatic awareness, and practical strategies to help you feel more settled and connected in your daily life. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, grief, or chronic overwhelm, these tools support your capacity to move through challenges with more steadiness and clarity.

  • Caregiver Support

Caregiving can be meaningful, but it can also bring exhaustion, overwhelm, and a deep sense of responsibility. Caregiver support sessions offer a warm, non‑judgmental space to explore burnout, compassion fatigue, and the emotional load of caring for others. We focus onpractical strategies to help you feel more supported and less alone in your role.

  • Grief and Loss

Grief looks different for everyone, and there is no “right way” to move through it. Grief counselling sessions offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore loss, life transitions, and the emotional and physical impact grief can have. Together, we work gently with your nervous system, helping you understand your responses through all forms of loss

  • Chronic Illness & Medical Trauma

Living with chronic illness or navigating medical trauma can leave your body and mind in a constant state of alert. My approach supports clients in understanding their nervous system responses, rebuilding a sense of safety, and processing the emotional impact of ongoing health challenges. These sessions are gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your pace, offering grounded support for individuals across Central Alberta.

  • Intergenerational Family Dynamics

Are you looking at needing to support your older parent? Negotiating an aging or unwell parent and managing everyday life can be overwhelming.

Are you an older adult and wanting to maintain your independence, but this has led to family disagreements? Is your family not respecting your ability to make decisions that you disagree with?

With significant experience supporting grown children and parents, we can assess risks, access natural strengths and help soften some of the hard emotions.
