Spring Wellness Retreat - May 1 -3, 2026

Located at beautiful at the Salvation Army Pine Lake campground, a short 35 minute drive south of Red Deer.

The goal of this retreat is to provide a space for healing and growth. This retreat will allow time for self-reflection and guided activities. Activities are led by mental health professionals and designed to help you question what is working for you and what you would like to change. This is done using evidence-based trauma informed practices which include activities such as water coloured journaling, somatic yoga, guided meditation, and expert speakers. A workbook will be provided to guide you through your journey of exploration and growth.

There will be optional add-on activities such as massage therapy, pedicure, IV infusion and others. Each of these add-on activities will be an extra charge that may be covered by your health insurance.

The hope is you will leave with increased confidence and renewed energy to face the world.
